Директор николаевского предприятия Госрезерва пытался украсть зерна на 12 миллионов

Детективы НАБУ «раскрутили» схему, по которой чаще всего разворовывают имущество Госрезерва27 июля 2021 детективы Национального антикоррупционного бюро Украины сообщили о подозрении и.о. генерального директора ГП «Хлебная база №76» ; директору ООО и по совместительству родственнику директора «Хлебной базы». А также еще одному физлицу, которого следствие считает организатором схемы.

Всем им инкриминируется совершение преступления, предусмотренного ч.5 ст. 191 УК Украины «Присвоение, растрата имущества или завладение им путем злоупотребления служебным положением

Отметим, что ГП «Хлебная база №76» находится в управлении «Госрезерва» и располагается в селе Кавуны Николаевской области.

Следствие установило, что по документам осенью 2020 года ООО родственника якобы передало «Хлебной базе 76» на ответственное хранение 1,56 тысяч тонн зерна. На самом деле никакого зерна фирмачи на склады базы не завозили.

В дальнейшем, во исполнение соответствующего договора, планировали отгрузить зерно из Госрезерва под видом возврата имущества ООО. Чтобы частично скрыть реальную нехватку госзапаса, около 700 тонн планировали списать на отходы в результате проведения якобы оздоровительных мероприятий с хлебом.

В мае 2021 участники схемы начали вывозить зерна с ГП «Хлебная база №76» Госрезерва. Однако детективы Национального бюро помешали их планам, чем предотвратили хищение государственного имущества на более 12 млн грн.

В НАБУ отмечают, что на протяжении реализации коррупционной схемы в ГП «Хлебная база №76» дважды менялось руководство. И оба раза, как установило следствие, назначали людей при содействии организатора схемы, которые в дальнейшем обеспечивали ее выполнения.

Приведенная схема - одна из самых распространенных, по которой разворовывают имущество Госрезерва.
