На трех николаевских пляжах купаться опасно для здоровья

На трех пляжах зафиксировано превышение содержания лактозоположительной кишечной палочки. До улучшения показателей качества воды купаться на пляжах не рекомендуется.Об этом сообщает администрация Заводского района со ссылкой на данные Николаевской областного лабораторного центра МОЗ Украины.«По микробиологическим показателям установлено, что показатель индекса ЛКП (лактозоположительных кишечных палочек) превышает показатели эпидемической безопасности и составляет (при норме 5000 в дм³): в районе зоны отдыха «Чайка» - 24000, «Прибой» - 6200, рекреационной зане «Намыв» - 21000.

До улучшения показателей качества воды в водоемах пляжами можно пользоваться, исключительно, как зонами отдыха без купания.

Также проверили воду на николаевском пляже «Стрелка» - там отклонений от нормы не нашли.

Насколько опасна кишечная инфекция

Кишечная палочка (лат. Escherichia coli) — бактерия, которая живет в наших кишечниках и имеет множество разновидностей. Большинство из них – безвредны. Однако существуют и такие, которые способны вызвать серьезные проблемы со здоровьем.

Летом одним из основных источников заражения может стать речная и морская вода, которая при купании неизбежно попадает в рот. Еще одна причина – грязные продукты питания.

Существует несколько видов кишечной палочки. Но всем им присущи общие симптомы:

  • температура до 39 градусов;
  • озноб, лихорадка, общий упадок сил;
  • боли в животе, рвота и сильная диарея.

В большинстве случаев выздоровление наступает через неделю, однако возможны и серьезные осложнения. К примеру, у переболевшего человека может появиться анемия, проблемы свертываемостью крови и работой почек. Этому в большей степени подвержены дети.

Что делать, если заразился?

При появлении характерных симптомов следует изолировать больного и обратиться к врачу. Лечением занимается инфекционист: он должен назначить анализы и подобрать препараты для уничтожения бактерии. Для этого обычно используют кишечные антисептики и антибиотики.

Если инфекция протекает в течение длительного времени, то назначают ферменты, способствующие восстановлению нормального пищеварения и микрофлоры. После выздоровления снова делают анализы и только после этого пациента выписывают из больницы.
